Under no circumstances will we trade or sell any customer details. We do not allow any third party that we may have business dealing with to access any details of our customers.

In order to update you with our latest offers, we may send out e-mails to our customers. But if you would prefer not to receive these, there's an unsubscribe link in every one.

Security Statement

At Tackle Frenzy, your online shopping security is very important, when you use your credit / debit card, all your data is encrypted and held on a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) server. Your personal information is protected from interception and misuse by hackers.

We use Protx, PayPal and Google Checkout as secure payment processors, none of your payment details are visible to Tackle Frenzy or associated companies.

Returns and Refunds

We are confident that the tackle that you have purchased from Tackle Frenzy is just what you were looking for, however if this is not the case you can return the item or items to us for a full refund of the product(s) within seven (7) days PROVIDING that they are unused and in re-saleable condition. Before returning any items you must contact Tackle Frenzy via e-mail to receive authorisation to return the goods. Goods are to be returned at the customers expense and we strongly recommend sending them via a tracked method.

Refunds are processed within three (3) working days of the goods arriving back with Tackle Frenzy and are processed via the same method as used for payment. Postage and carriage charges are not refunded.

Cancellation Rights

You have the right to cancel your order at any time without penalty. However if the order has already been shipped we cannot stop the delivery and if the order is refused there will be a charge for returning the consignment to us.

Payment Policy

All of the payments taken via the payment providers are checked for security and processed but NOT taken. No monies are taken from any payments until the goods are ready to be shipped.
